What are the electrical requirements for a CHILL OUT trailer?
All of our trailers run on standard household 120V power and require a 20A service. If the trailer is to be plugged in outdoors, a GFCI outlet is required. A vast majority of household/commercial outlets meet these requirements.
Can a CHILL OUT trailer run on a generator?
YES! In fact, we have generators available to run any of our trailers and they are conveniently mounted to the trailer tongue. Let us know if you require one when you make your reservation and we’ll make sure you have the power you need to stay cool.
What do I need to do to prepare for delivery of a CHILL OUT trailer?
Not much! One of our Chill Crew will deliver and set up the trailer and answer any questions you have. All you need to do is have a relatively flat area picked out where we can drop the trailer and have the required power nearby (unless running on a generator). We’ll take care of the rest!
What if there is a problem with my CHILL OUT trailer?
We are very diligent with the maintenance of our trailers and their equipment. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you can call our service hotline at 1-855-522-4455. One of our Chill Crew will have you back up and running in no time.
How far away from an electrical service can a CHILL OUT trailer be placed?
All of our trailers come with a 15m (50′) cord that can plug directly into any 120V outlet. If the trailer is to be placed further from an electrical source, let us know ahead of time and we’ll make sure there is a generator conveniently attached to the trailer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In addition to cash and cheque, we accept Visa® and Mastercard® and American Express®. However, we do not accept debit/Interac transactions.
